About the Role: As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing project implementations for the Unsecured Lending Division. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are initiated, planned, and executed effectively, while also ensuring compliance with Mastercard technical releases and providing ongoing support to business units.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Initiate the project intake process and engage with relevant ITG representatives to implement projects.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) elicited from business units.
  • Brand Compliance Project Releases:
  • Ensure PRIME is compliant with Mastercard technical releases that occur quarterly.
  • Attend Mastercard and TSYS webinars on the relevant releases.
  • Business-as-Usual Support:
  • Act as the PRIME subject-matter expert, supporting all Unsecured Lending business units in their tasks using PRIME.


How You’ll Contribute:

  • Lead all project implementations for the Unsecured Lending Division.
  • Be accountable for all activities involved in project intake and implementation.
  • Provide direction to the project and the project team regularly.
  • Drive Mastercard compliance-mandated changes up to implementation.
  • Ensure timely testing and implementation of packages to avoid penalties for non-compliance.
  • Analyze changes and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Perform requirement analysis and elicitation for products and services of the Unsecured Lending Division.
  • Ensure new business requirements align with the functional specifications of the systems/applications used by the division.
  • Optimize and ensure maximum usability of PRIME and other systems/applications used by the division.
  • Monitor the functional behavior of credit cards, including authorizations, clearing, and settlement.
  • Provide support to business units on all matters relevant to PRIME and other applications, including automating tasks to supplement manual processes.
  • Document all processes, policies, and procedures required to perform unit tasks.
  • Identify strengths and opportunities to improve business processes and foresee new technologies beneficial to the business.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Change Management, Program Management, and Project Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and experience in ensuring adherence to technical releases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
