RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
- Respond to Queries Truthfully
- Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
- Provide and offer products and services to customers
- Assist and Inform customers for a smooth transaction
- Be updated to current polices
- Resolves Issues and troubleshoot problems
- JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representatives (Non Voice Chat/Email)
- EDUCATION: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
- EXPERIENCE: 6 months BPO/ Call Center Experience
- SKILLS: Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), excellent organizational and people skills.
