Description
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily operations
- Create and develop new recipes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance menu offerings
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Location: Kuwait (w/ Passport)
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in knife skills, food preparation, cooking basics, and understanding hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential for long hours, requiring physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork, communication skills, time management abilities, and multitasking capabilities are essential.
