- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to support company growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive team for strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data to drive business performance.
- Lead financial audits and risk management initiatives.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, contributing to high-level decision-making.
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management; manage asset management and drive business strategy.
- Educational Qualifications: CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred
- Experience Level: Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role. Minimum of 5 years extensive financial management experience. Strong background in accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance. Equivalent experience in contracting / sub-contracting business is an advantage
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial statement analysis, competitive analysis, risk management, and business intelligence; strong analytical and presentation skills; experience with capital fundraising and financial restructuring.
- Qualities and Traits: Demonstrated ability to lead through growth and change (including expansion or downsizing); exceptional communication and leadership skills.
