Description
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to traditional recipes.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in menu planning.
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and cooking processes.
- Develop new menu items and regularly update offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Chinese cooking techniques, strong kitchen hygiene practices.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, passion for culinary arts, ability to work in a team.
