- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Investigate claims to determine validity and assess damages.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of claims activities and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in claims or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong consultative sales skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
