Description

We are seeking a dedicated Support Desk Associate to provide first-level technical and non-technical support to PDS Market Participants. The successful candidate will handle user management tasks and assist during User Acceptance Training to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to PDS Market Participants
  • Address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
  • Assist during User Acceptance Training sessions
  • Document and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Relationship Management, or related fields
  • At least 6 months of experience in a service desk or customer service role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered.
