Description
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations (advertising, booking, staff scheduling, and inventory control)
- Lead and motivate aestheticians to achieve sales and performance goals
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety standards, and professional customer service
- Handle cash management and product inventory
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Support staff training and professional development
- Address customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services
- College Graduate
- 2+ years Management Experience in AESTHETIC, or beauty field
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and build high-performing teams
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge in P&L accounts, budgeting, HR, health & safety policies (CQC knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented attitude
- Genuine passion for the aesthetic/beauty industry
