Description
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, CAD, machine setup, programming, and reading blueprints.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate CNC machinery, interpret blueprints, and perform machine setups.
- Working Conditions: Standard machine shop environment; exposure to noise and chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, and strong communicator.
