Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and implementation of core game features and gameplay.
2. Responsible for building the game development framework.
3. Responsible for performance optimization and analysis of challenging issues.
4. Work closely with product, art, and backend teams, collaboratively pursuing a shared goal of an excellent gaming experience through various necessary attempts and explorations.
5. Objectively assess workload, develop a reasonable work plan, and ensure progress is achieved.

1. Three years or more of game development experience, with at least one complete game development cycle, and independent development capability.
2. Proficient in Cocos Creator, with knowledge of Unity, Laya, Egret, Coco2d-x/Creator, and familiar with C++ and JS, as well as relevant algorithms.
3. Possess a certain level of experience in multi-platform (H5, mini-games, Android, iOS) project releases, able to quickly integrate external SDKs, develop, debug, and provide feedback on issues.
4. Have a basic understanding of the Cocos Creator source code.
