Description
- Manage and oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment plans.
- Analyze customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate reports on collection activities and status of accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve collection processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, problem-solver, customer-focused, ability to work under pressure.
