Position Title: Community Manager (Remote) Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the end-to-end operation and management of the company’s communities, including BBS forums, Telegram, Discord, WeChat groups, etc. 2. Plan and execute community content strategies to enhance user engagement and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. 3. Benchmark and analyze competitor communities’ content, discussion topics, and operational tactics to continuously optimize our community ecosystem. 4. Develop and edit copy—draft and refine community announcements, event materials, and post content. 5. Lead a team of moderators or group administrators, maintain community order, and address user feedback. 6. Design and implement community engagement activities to boost user retention and diversify content creation. Qualifications: 1. Prior experience as a BBS forum moderator, community operator, or group administrator is preferred. 2. Deep understanding of online community ecosystems, with keen insights into user behavior and content distribution. 3. Strong writing skills and content editing abilities. 4. Ability to independently analyze competitor community content strategies and recommend improvements. 5. Proactive thinker with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication and coordination skills. 6. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to adjust operational strategies based on community metrics—preferred.
