Job: Area Employee Team

What is an area employee?

It is a work team that is based and operates in their respective residential areas following the company’s S.O.P.

What are the duties?

Building Communities: Marketing, managing, and nurturing new or existing partners for the application product:

RMW APPS

Receiving an 80% profit share + performance bonus points and potential salary increases of +10% each month. Usually, at the senior level, earnings are +5 million/month.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum education of high school or equivalent
2. Preferably with experience working in teams at Indosat, Telkomsel, Three, and XL
3. Preferably residing in the area
4. Must have a vehicle & a valid driver's license (SIM C)
5. Regular in performing the five daily prayers
6. Diligent, honest, and responsible

Salary:

• Junior Team: 2.5 million / 3 million
• Senior: +5 million
• Potential for monthly increases of 100/0 + leave
