Position Title: KOL Operations
Responsibilities
1. External KOL Contracting and Management
• Identify, engage, pilot and contract mid-tier KOLs; establish a multi-platform KOL resource pool (Douyin, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
• Develop a KOL grading system and standardized collaboration framework to boost contract rates, engagement and renewals, ensuring long-term, stable partnerships and closed-loop value realization
2. Conversion Funnel Operations and Data-Driven Growth
• Design pilot models and incentive schemes around core objectives (registration, KYC, deposit, trading)
• Regularly analyze KOL conversion data, optimize content formats and publishing cadence
• Build a tiered high-conversion KOL model to drive efficient performance
3. Content Collaboration and Asset System Development
• Work with content teams and the central production hub to deliver high-quality assets (thumbnails, titles, scripts, trend analyses)
• Facilitate frequent collaboration and A/B testing of content
• Enhance KOL content reach and conversion, creating a feedback-review-iteration loop
4. Matrix Account Setup and AI Content Experimentation
• Rapidly incubate and manage small-to-mid-scale matrix accounts (short video and feed)
• Establish experimental workflows from trend tracking to conversion, driving scalable content distribution
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Optimization
• Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, advertising and technology teams to ensure smooth execution of KOL recruitment, conversion, incentives and settlement processes
• Gather KOL requirements and user feedback to drive product enhancements and service iterations, strengthening platform partnerships
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in KOL/influencer/host operations or social media channel management
• Proven track record of independently contracting 50+ creators or building a KOL pool
• Experience in crypto/Web3/CEX/finance-oriented or content-driven products is a plus
Professional Skills
• In-depth knowledge of KOL ecosystems, collaboration models and content styles on major platforms (Douyin, Bilibili, YouTube, TikTok)
• Hands-on expertise in KOL recruitment, direct-message copy optimization, pilot management and incentive mechanism design
• Strong grasp of conversion pathways and KPI frameworks, with the ability to leverage data for KOL strategy
• Ability to collaborate with content, design and tech teams to produce executable asset kits, collaboration protocols and post-campaign reports
