Description
- Provide legal advice and support on company policies and procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Collaborate with management on risk assessment and corporate governance.
Requirements
- Bar Passer: Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- Graduate of Law: Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized and accredited law school in the Philippines.
- With experience as a company lawyer is advantage .
- Exceptional Legal Research and Writing Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven Negotiation and Advocacy Skills
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Relevant Laws and Regulations.
- Multilingual Proficiency
- Proficiency in Legal Technology
- Attention to details
