Job Description
- Manage and maintain medical records, medical leaves of absence, health case management, and other OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) logs/related matters including worker’s compensation cases.
- Work closely with EHS/Safety in coordinating and creating emergency workplace preparedness plans, evaluating health care delivery systems,s and health promotion strategies to minimize accidents in the workplace.
- Coordinate health care services for injured workers and counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitate effective communication between injured workers and management.
- Manages initial medical care for emergency cases, medical screening, pre-employment medical tests, annual physical exams, and health education programs.
- Manage COVID cases ,FTW/RTW clearance,e and other related medical cases (eg weekly reports updates and submission, etc)
- Interpret and document worker’s medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests. While complying with laws and regulations, company nurses investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborate with safety teams and managers.
- Coordinates and provides health and wellness programs. Conducted health education sessions and provided health articles or advisories to promote wellness amongst employees.
- Manage clinic and medicine supplies. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and medications.
- Dispense medications and ensure proper dosage and timing.
- Conduct home visits to employees on prolonged sick leave and hospital visits to confined personnel.
- Coordinate government statutory benefits matters (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig transaction,s etc.)
- Support HR Employee/CSR Programs and other administrative-related functions.

- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support the Company and HR Team objectives.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Registered Nurse/BOSH certified.
- Background in HR admin functions a plus
- 2-3 yrs semicon experience as a Company Nurse

- Computer literate in all MS applications/programs
