· Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees whenever necessary.

· Conduct health assessments and maintain medical records for employees.

· Organize and implement health and wellness programs within the organization.

· Collaborate with HR to manage occupational health services and ensure compliance with health regulations.

· Educate employees on health and safety practices in the workplace.

· Support HR and safety teams in implementing occupational health policies and compliance with regulations

Requirements

· Educational Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction

· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.

· Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting

· Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assess and respond to medical emergencies

· Working Conditions: Office environment with potential exposure to health risks
