Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical assistance to employees for injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Administer first aid, basic medical treatment, and over-the-counter medication when appropriate.
• Refer employees to appropriate medical professionals or facilities when necessary.
• Monitor and report workplace health trends, such as recurring symptoms or injuries.
• Participate in and support workplace health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Conduct health assessments and wellness programs (e.g., blood pressure checks, vaccinations).
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with government health regulations.
• Support COVID-19 protocols, including health screenings, contact tracing, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with HR on sick leaves, health declarations, and return-to-work assessments.
• Maintain clinic supplies and inventory.
• Educate employees on health, wellness, and hygiene best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• License: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience: Preferably with experience in occupational health or clinical nursing
