Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a HR Generalist - Compensation & Benefits to manage payroll, government-mandated benefits, and employee rewards programs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately, enjoy competitive benefits, and that the company stays compliant with labor laws and tax regulations.


Responsibilities: 

  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy/timeliness.
  • Administer SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th-month pay, and other statutory benefits.
  • Manage HMO, insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation reviews.
  • Coordinate with providers, government agencies, and employees regarding C&B matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in compensation & benefits/payroll
  • Knowledge of PH labor laws and government-mandated benefits
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage
