1. Work on internal projects and provide legal and regulatory support to our operations, marketing, products, and R&D teams regarding existing and new products and services.

2. Review, draft, and revise a wide range of commercial agreements, terms and conditions for products and services, disclaimers, and warnings as necessary.

3. Respond promptly to a variety of complex legal requests and collaborate closely with the legal and compliance team to ensure the timely delivery of thoughtful and practical advice.

4. Communicate and negotiate with external stakeholders (e.g., third-party service providers, regulators, external counsel, public authorities, etc.) and facilitate the dispute resolution process if needed.

5. Work on various legal and compliance projects and initiatives as required.
