Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls across business units, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
3. Conduct regular compliance training and awareness initiatives to enhance employees’ understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
4. Review business activities, contracts, and operational processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g., anti-corruption, data privacy, anti-money laundering) and company policies.
5. Investigate compliance incidents, breaches, or concerns raised by employees, stakeholders, or regulators, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to resolve compliance issues and integrate compliance requirements into business operations.
7. Stay abreast of updates to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and advise management on the impact of new or revised requirements.
8. Liaise with external regulatory authorities, respond to inquiries, and assist with regulatory audits or inspections as needed.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) preferred.
2. 3–5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, GDPR, local anti-corruption laws, data protection regulations).
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
6. High ethical standards, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
