Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including policies and procedures that align with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance standards across the organization and conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps or issues.
  • Provide clear and effective training and communication to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and manage timely reporting and documentation required by law.
  • Investigate compliance concerns or violations, recommend corrective actions, and ensure resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently, maintaining resilience under pressure.
  • Stay informed of emerging regulations and best practices to proactively improve the organization’s compliance posture


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles, preferably within financial services
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively convey compliance policies and training
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance framework and internal policies according to applicable laws and regulations
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resilience and the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
