Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Data & Compliance Analyst to assist in the review and consolidation of client contract information. This role involves analyzing contract documents, extracting key data, and ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and properly verified across departments.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Responsibilities: 

  • Review all active and inactive client contracts, addenda, and amendments.
  • Extract key data points, including:
  • Client name, entity, and location
  • Contract dates, renewal, and termination terms
  • Deposit requirements (Salary Deposit, EOR Fee Deposit, etc.)
  • Payment terms, service scope, fee structures, and tax implications
  • Governing law and special clauses
  • Other pertinent details
  • Encode and organize all findings into a Client Listing Database (template to be provided by Finance).
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Client Success, and Compliance teams to verify unclear or missing data.
  • Conduct accuracy and completeness checks and prepare a final summary report of findings.
  • Sign and comply with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure all contract information remains strictly confidential.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to interpret and summarize complex contract terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management, data entry, or compliance is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Project Timeline: Approximately 8-10 weeks, depending on document volume and departmental coordination.
