Position: New Business Intake & Compliance Analyst

Industry: Law Firm- Shared Services

Location: Taguig City

Salary: Php25,000 – Php30,000

Schedule: Flexible working hours

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in New Business Intake role
  • Experience working in the same industry is advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in legal databases
  • Amenable to work as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process new client and matter intake requests in compliance with firm policies.
  • Conduct conflict of interest checks and analyze potential risks.
  • Coordinate with attorneys to obtain required information and resolve intake issues.
  • Maintain accurate client and matter records and support client onboarding.
  • Due to the role’s proximity to legal work, the analyst is expected to communicate clearly, accurately, and in a legalistic manner.
