Description
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Perform repairs and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install operating systems and applications as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in computer repair or technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals, excellent problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose and repair hardware issues, provide technical support to customers, and maintain accurate records of repairs.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a tech shop environment, may involve occasional onsite visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Willing to work in field, and also outside Cebu
