Description
- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to challenges that arise.
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and knowledge of building codes.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, may require outdoor work and occasional extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
