- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage all project sites vis-a-vis project engineers, and contractors
- Manage project schedules and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Lead and mentor project engineers/staff
- Resolve issues and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress.
- Resolve issues and mitigate risks proactively.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Over 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Project implementation, mentorship, engineering and operations management, financial acumen, presentation and problem-solving skills, business and interpersonal acumen.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion; manage budgets; lead teams; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in various construction environments; may require extended hours and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and exceptional organizational skills.
