Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work. Their main duty is to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines. Responsible for making sure all workers at site are working and following all the correct safety procedures. Ensures that all construction workers are following established policies and safety regulations
  • In-charge of the site employee’s safety
  • Attend regular site toolbox meeting
  • Process work permit and pull out forms.
  • Responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and overseeing company’s safety protocol     
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
  • Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
  • Continuous inspection of project sites to ensure a hazard-free environment
  • Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality
  • Promoting safety practices on site
  • Responding to worker’s safety concerns
  • Regularly update the Safety Incident Monitoring Report and provide corrective actions supported by documents
  • Ensure the employees and workers are free from any danger, unsafe practice, risk or injury in the workplace.     
  • Monitoring of Manpower/ Man Hour.
  • Conduct job hazard analysis.
  • Create report and Safety data.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as other staff and workers.  
  • Assess risk and possible hazard in the workplace.
  • Strict Implementation of Company Policy and Safety Rules and Regulation.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned
