Job Responsibilities

  1. - Provide efficient business support, fully responsible for project progress control, resource coordination and risk management.
  2. - Assist in promoting company-level key projects, drive efficient cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure the timely completion of objectives and milestones at all stages.
  3. - Sort out business requirements and project goals, formulate and output key documents such as project plans, meeting minutes, risk early warnings and summary reports.
  4. - Establish and maintain project files, responsible for the collation, filing and update of project documents to ensure accurate, complete and traceable information.
  5. - Organize and promote project regular meetings, follow up project progress, sort out schedules, identify conflicts and promote solutions.
  6. - Assist in the planning and execution of internal company activities and team building projects to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
  7. - Assist in budget tracking, expense statistics and report submission to ensure rational allocation of project resources and cost control.

Qualifications

  1. - Bachelor's degree or above in project management, business management, administrative management or related majors.
  2. - More than 3 years of work experience in project management or related fields, with experience in the Internet industry.
  3. - Familiar with project management processes, methodologies and document management systems.
  4. - Possess mature project promotion and coordination capabilities.
  5. - Have good organizational and planning skills, be meticulous, rigorous and have strong execution ability.
  6. - Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate efficiently across teams.
  7. - Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and project collaboration tools.
  8. - Possess the ability to work independently and good team spirit, and can efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
