About the Role
- The company is seeking a Content Assistant to support its fast-paced Growth team. This hands-on role is for someone curious, ambitious, and eager to create content that drives visibility and engagement—especially on LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with the Growth Manager to turn ideas into powerful, high-performing content. Strong interest in AI tools is essential—this role blends creativity, performance, and automation.

What You’ll Do
- Help draft, schedule, and publish LinkedIn content for founders and execs
- Execute marketing campaigns and manage content calendars
- Repurpose thought leadership content across channels
- Research trends in fintech, venture, and private markets
- Use AI tools to boost content creation speed and quality
- Track performance and support content reporting
- Contribute creative ideas to improve reach and clarity
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of content, marketing, or agency experience
- Full-time availability in European timezone (CET)
- Native-level English writing and communication skills
- Interest in AI tools, workflows, and creative tech
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, LinkedIn, Figma, ChatGPT
- Strong ownership and independence in execution
