1. Brand Content Strategy: Deeply involved in brand building, responsible for formulating comprehensive content strategies for the European, American, and Brazilian markets. Ensures a unified, appealing, and culturally aligned brand image. Based on market insights and user personas, develops highly interactive and shareable monthly/quarterly social media content calendars.
2. Social Media Operations and Management: Independently manage the company's mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Responsible for daily content creation, editing, publishing, interactive responses, and community management to enhance fan engagement and loyalty. Closely monitor social media trends, popular topics, and challenges, and swiftly convert them into brand-related marketing opportunities.
3. Content Creation and Localization: Develop original, high-quality, multimedia content, including crafting authentic local market topics, designing video scripts, and collaborating with designers/video editors to produce images and video materials.
4. Conduct data analysis

Qualifications for the Position:
1. Native English or Portuguese speakers with an in-depth understanding of the social culture, internet slang, and consumer behavior in Western countries (such as the U.S. and the UK) or Brazil.
2. Language Proficiency: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. While Chinese language proficiency is not mandatory, candidates with basic Chinese communication skills will be given priority.
3. Social Media Experience: Possess deep usage and understanding of mainstream social media platforms, being an active "digital-native." Preference will be given to candidates with a successful personal social media account or relevant operational experience.
4. Content Creativity: Possess outstanding content creativity and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual aesthetics. Proficiency in basic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.) is a plus.
5. Learning and Adaptation Ability:
Demonstrates a strong interest in e-commerce and dropshipping models, capable of quickly learning and adapting to fast-paced work environments.
Salary and Benefits:
Two-day weekend, remote work accepted. Salary to be negotiated.
