Role: Video (Content) Editor

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Content Editor to join our team. This role is primarily focused on video editing and post-production, with additional opportunities for photo editing where relevant. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency, creativity, and strong attention to detail to deliver polished, engaging, and on-brand content across a variety of platforms and channels. 

The role is accountable to the Digital Video Producer for deliverables and alignment with creative direction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit collections of footage into cohesive, polished final content that aligns with project briefs and brand standards.
  • Incorporate logos and other brand assets into content in line with established guidelines.
  • Create motion graphics for text, titles, and supers; apply basic motion animation to graphics and stills (not character animation).
  • Enhance and balance audio, applying noise reduction, EQ, and mixing as needed.
  • Select music beds that are engaging, appropriate for the subject matter, and aligned with audience expectations and brand personality.
  • Stay up-to-date with current content and platform trends to ensure relevance and audience impact.
  • Export and optimize content for deployment across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) as well as for POS displays, stands, exhibitions, tradeshows, and other relevant channels.

Desirable Skills:

  • Edit, colour correct, and grade still photography from RAW files to final output.
  • Remove noise, visual errors, and other unwanted artifacts to produce clean, professional imagery.
  • Incorporate logos and other brand assets seamlessly into visual content.
  • Ensure final content aligns with project briefs and brand standards.
  • Prepare both print-ready and online-ready materials following best-practice workflows. 

Software Proficiency:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent NLE software)
  • Adobe After Effects (or equivalent motion graphics/animation software)
  • Adobe Lightroom, Camera Raw, Photoshop (or equivalent photography editing tools)

Qualification and requirements:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field (additional experience highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality edits from brief through to final export.
  • Strong technical knowledge of video, audio, and photo editing workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and clarify project requirements.
  • Receptive to feedback and able to apply it constructively. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering polished, brand-aligned content.
