We are now seeking a Content Writer / Operations Copywriter to join our growing team. This role will be central in shaping how users understand our products, campaigns, and trading features across the entire OneBullEx ecosystem. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and optimization of content for OneBullEx, covering campaigns, platform pages, product features, and user education materials.
• Produce high-quality content for trading campaigns including rules, mechanics, reward descriptions, task guides, slogans, posters, notifications, and announcements.
• Deliver multi-stage campaign materials (teasers, countdowns, launch copy, winner announcements) with consistent narrative and brand tone.
• Write and refine content for website, app pages, feature descriptions, banners, and push notifications to improve clarity, conversion, and user experience.
• Produce bilingual content (English + Chinese; Traditional Chinese is a plus) with consistency across all user-facing surfaces.
• Create product documentation including feature descriptions, release notes, tutorials, FAQs, onboarding flows, and educational content.
• Participate in the full content lifecycle from ideation structure execution, ensuring narrative consistency across products and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, UI/UX, and Risk teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.

负责 OneBullEx 全平台文案的创作与优化，覆盖活动、页面、功能介绍与教学内容。

输出交易所活动相关文案，包括活动规则、玩法机制、奖励说明、任务指引、Slogan、海报文案、推送通知、公告等。

根据活动阶段产出预热、倒计时、上线文案、开奖公告等多阶段内容，保持叙事一致与品牌风格统一。

为官网、App 页面、功能介绍页、Banner、通知等多触点撰写并优化文案，提高清晰度、可读性与转化率。

可产出中英文双语文案（具备繁体中文能力者加分），确保整体风格一致与本地化体验。

撰写产品文档，包括功能说明、更新日志、教程、FAQ、新手引导与教学内容。

参与从创意 架构 落地的完整文案流程，确保产品与活动叙事的统一性。

与运营、市场、产品、设计、风控等团队紧密合作，确保内容准确、合规并按时交付。

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content writing or content operations (crypto or exchange background preferred).
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading concepts including spot trading, futures, campaigns, and exchange mechanics.
• Native-level Chinese writing with strong English writing ability; able to produce bilingual content independently.
• Ability to translate technical or complex trading concepts into clear, user-friendly communication.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality content fast.
• Able to handle fast-paced workflows with multiple parallel projects.
• Experience with product documentation or campaign content is a strong plus.

中文文案能力强，英文写作熟练，可独立完成中英双语内容创作。

逻辑清晰，注重细节，能快速产出高质量内容。

能适应快节奏、多任务并行的工作环境。

具备活动文案或产品文档相关经验者优先。
