RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales by actively promoting and upselling cosmetic products
• Assist customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and tailored recommendations
• Perform live makeup demos/makeovers while following hygiene standards
• Stay updated on brand values, product features, and key selling points
• Support in-store promotions, launches, and maintain clean, attractive displays
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and gather feedback
• Monitor stock, assist with replenishment/merchandising, and report sales & insights

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ months retail or sales experience (cosmetics/skincare preferred)
• Skilled in makeup application; able to demo products confidently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of makeup techniques and skin types
• Energetic, approachable, and professional team player
• Passionate about beauty and helping others feel confident
