We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Artist - Video Focused with a strong focus on video production to develop compelling visual content that enhances our brand and engages our customers across all touchpoints — including social media, email marketing, in-store screens, and e-commerce channels. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept through post-production, working closely with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness.

• Conceptualize, plan, and produce short- and long-form video content for digital, retail, and social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Youtube Shorts, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to align video strategy with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts.
• Manage all stages of video production: scripting, storyboarding, casting, scheduling, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Own and maintain production calendars to meet tight timelines and cross-functional needs.
• Monitor content performance and leverage insights to iterate on future video production strategies.
• Stay on top of retail and video trends, emerging platforms, and tools to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in video content creation, preferably in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Has handled social media video content, product shoots, and campaign storytelling.

Technical & Creative Skills:

• Proficient in video production: from conceptualization, scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience with camera operations (DSLR or mirrorless), lighting, and audio setup.
• Basic motion graphics skills and knowledge of color grading is a plus.
• Ability to produce content optimized

Soft Skills:

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visuals and trends.
• Good communicator and comfortable directing on set (models, talents, etc.).
• Highly organized, able to manage shoot schedules, post-production timelines, and multiple edits.
