Creative Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and visionary Creative Manager to lead our design and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of visual and branding projects that elevate our brand identity and support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in producing innovative and visually compelling design concepts across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to deliver impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage end-to-end creative processes—from brainstorming and storyboarding to execution and delivery.
• Review and provide feedback on creative outputs to maintain brand quality and relevance.
• Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate creative standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative design or art direction, preferably in retail, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and typography.
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
