Description
- Monitor and manage customer credit accounts.
- Conduct credit assessments and evaluations.
- Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Implement collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Prepare reports on account status and collection activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure credit policies align.
- Resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in risk assessment and management, asset management, and credit investigation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with occasional overtime required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
