Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed procedures
• Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services

Candidate Profile

• Computer literate
• Must be FLUENT in English (as you'll be conversing with foreign customers)
• Committed to full-time, long-term employment

All successful applicants go through a month-long training on communications, culture, and product-specific courses to equip them before actual work begins.

Work-at-Home (WAH) Call Center Agent Requirements

• At least High School graduate
• Not currently studying or enrolling in school
• BPO experience NOT REQUIRED but is an advantage for this seasonal job opportunity
• MUST have at least 30 mbps reliable cable internet connection
• MUST have a conducive working area at home
• MUST reside within 2 hours of your home-base branch located at:
• CONCENTRIX Mall of Asia
• One E-Com Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City (across SM Hypermart)

• For K-12 applicants, only Senior High School graduates are accepted; Junior High School graduates will not be accepted.
