  • Document cases in CRM for compliance and reporting


Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate
  • At least 1 year customer service experience (E-commerce/Retail/Financial Services a plus)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
