Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in product and service education for customers.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
