- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: K12/Senior High School(NEW curriculum)
- Experience Level: at least 1 year international bpo experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong compliance knowledge, and eagerness to learn.
- Working Conditions: Office environment
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
