We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
• With or without call center experience
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Willing to start immediately.
