Description

  • Prepares clinic facilities and equipment before operations.
  • Resolves operational issues promptly with concerned units.
  • Monitors patient flow and recommends process improvements.
  • Coordinates rush and endorsed patients for timely processing.
  • Analyzes and reports patient survey results to management.
  • Acts as triage officer and escalates concerns when needed.
  • Ensures all endorsed patients are tracked and received.
  • Handles patient inquiries and concerns, coordinating resolutions.

Requirements

  • Any 4 or 2 years related degree course
  • With at least 1 year background in Customer Service in any industry
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and resolving conflict
  • Self starter, multi-tasking and can work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Quality focus and analyzing information
  • Very good communication skills and documentation
