Description
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Offer precise information about products and services.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Work closely with the team to improve service delivery.
- Uphold a courteous and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Education: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience: No prior BPO experience needed; training provided.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; proficient in English.
- Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone or email, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Key Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
