- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate of any Business related course
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service aptitude, problem-solving skills, and account management capabilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inquiries, provide back-office support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours; may involve remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, adaptable, and customer-focused.
