Position Overview

The Team Lead (Travel Account) will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence within a fast-paced customer service environment. This position is responsible for guiding and supporting a team to meet performance targets, maintain service quality, and uphold Yngen’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can balance people management with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily team operations, including attendance monitoring and performance tracking.
2. Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback to team members.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements, and client standards.
4. Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.
5. Address escalations effectively to maintain client and customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare accurate reports and performance summaries for review.

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

• At least college level education
• Strong background in Customer Service
• Previous experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role is an advantage
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage team dynamics and drive performance in a results-oriented environment
