Description

We are seeking a Service Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee daily service operations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising service teams, supporting senior management with operational updates, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge in automotive service, leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset.


  • Supervise day-to-day service operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, standard procedures, and service flow.
  • Support senior management by providing updates on departmental performance, team development, and operational concerns.
  • Guide and motivate office staff, frontliners, and workshop teams to consistently deliver quality service.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins to review performance, identify training needs, and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Assist in driving revenue growth through effective upselling of labor, parts, and value-added services.
  • Monitor job billing accuracy and coordinate with finance teams on timely processing of receivables.
  • Ensure workplace safety and security protocols are followed, raising operational improvement suggestions when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE) or Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service management or supervisory role, preferably in an automotive dealership.
  • Technical knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, automotive repair, and service processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and respected within the industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to support operational goals and contribute to service improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
