JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and manage the entire customer service operations for appliance service
• Supervise service staff and field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor and improve service response times, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with logistics, spare parts, and technical support teams
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints

• Can attend onsite interview.
