- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare domain.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their health plans and benefits.
- Resolve issues effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience in BPO setting Healthcare Account.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong interpersonal skills, and experienced in call center operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and empathetically.
