Job Responsibilities


  • Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather member information, assess and fulfill member needs and educate members where applicable regarding products and services
  • Research open issues and follow up with members and appropriate parties to resolve
  •  Resolve member issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
  • Utilize excellent decision-making skills to maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit

Requirements

You’re the perfect fit if  

  • You’re 18 years old and above 
  • At least a Senior Highschool or Highschool Graduate (must have at least 12 months of BPO(International) experience) 
  • Willing to work on-site 
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Can educate customers on inquiries and other product information 
  • Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner 
  • Flexible on schedule
